Shipping policy

If we receive your order before 3PM AEST, your order will be dispatched same day

Delivery Tracking:
Your order tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse; You may then track your order via the Australia Post website. If you are unable to locate your parcel after following up with your local post office or the Australia Post website, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Instructions & Authority To Leave:
If you have any delivery instructions, please write clear details in the order notes area at checkout. Your instructions will then be passed onto the delivery carrier. Packages will be left with an 'Authority to leave' note unless otherwise specified. Please be advised that Ameda Australia takes no responsibility for any damaged or stolen items.
